Happy Halloween!

Here it is...Halloween! It's been a great night and my sister and I have been handing out candy.  We saw a bunch of kiddies in their awesome costumes and I would have to say my favorite was a little Hmong girl who was dressed in a chicken outfit with a hmong basket backpack...it was adorable!  Other than that it's been a pretty chill Halloween.  So enjoy it as much as I did.  Good night!

What to eat: Cheng Heng on University in St. Paul | The Heavy Table - Minneapolis-St. Paul and Upper Midwest Food Magazine and Blog

So this weekend I spent it in the TC (twin cities) and stayed at one of the better hotels of Minneapolis. I decided to hang out with friends and chill downtown for this Halloween weekend. So since I'm still broke and unemployed I went to one of my favorite website, hotwire. I did a basic search and found this awesome FOUR star hotel for only 69 bucks a night! I was like heck NO-way! So I booked it instantly and like hotwire is they won't reveal the hotel till you booked it. So it turns out that it was the Westin in downtown Minneapolis! I remember as an undergraduate we had an alumni who worked at the Westin come to one of my class to talk about the Westin Hotel and their "heavenly" beds...lol. Anyhow, the beds were fine just like any other feather top mattress, although we got lucky and somehow ended up with a very spacious corner room! Anyhow, this post isn't about the hotel but about FOOD!

So one of the days that I was in the TC area I wanted some good ole Asian food...in particular pho'. I originally wanted to go to Saigon for pho' because I hadn't had it for a while. Somehow, when we went it was closed...so we drove down further on University and it hit me. I haven't gone to Chen Heng for the longest time. When I was younger that was one of my favorite restaurant and I always went there. So we stop by and it was still open. Therefore we walked in and to my surprise there was more people there than I had expected. So we all had our typical Pho' and one of my friend orders a papaya salad and I usually don't care for papaya like most of my friends or my sisters...but that night it was AMAZING! I was like I don't remember Cheng Heng's papaya to be this good. So next time you're craving papaya salad and you're around the TC area...check that papya salad out!

Here's review I found for Cheng Heng:

Being broke

So with the chance to expand my knowledge and fulfilling my parent's dream of higher education I graduate a couple years ago and earn my B.S. degree in Business Administration.  As well as a degree may sound to anyone it doesn't come easy and I wish I made wiser decisions.  I as an undergraduate I wish that I would of watch my finances carefully and didn't waste all my time, energy and most importantly money!  One huge advice I wished that someone would of given me right after graduating from high school was a personal finance book for dummies.  Seriously if I knew that I shouldn't waste so much money and save more I wouldn't be in so much in debt.  So for those of you who are recent grads or soon to be; I suggest to get a personal finance book or better yet..take a course in it!

So, with this said it's too late for me now and I have all these student loans.  I know many of you who are recent grads are wondering I wonder how much I owe?  Well good for you there's this website called National Student Loans Database that has all you student loans; whether it be your personal loans or other loans it should be list at this website.  Just like your Fafsa information you need your username, password and pin to access this information.

So go ahead and take the wiser step and check out your status on your student loans and be the better student.  Trust me you'll thank me later for this tip!

Wedding hairstyles for long hair tutorial Quick easy elegant updo Bridal...

By far my favorite hair tutorial maker. I love her tutorials because you can actually see her hair. In addition the videos are simple, clear and look professional compared to many other tutorial makers. The best party is her accent! Her accent is totally European and I know that European ladies spend more time putting up there hair in to exquisite hair dos. Enjoy!

Lady Gaga - YoĆ¼ And I (Official Video)

This is my song of the moment. It's weird how song can so relate to people at certain times in our lives. It's also so crazy, because the first time I herd this song I thought it was some country singer...and low and behold it was Lady Gaga! Enjoy!
